Suffolk County Supreme Court and Suffolk County Clerk

New Electronic Filing Requirements for Notice of Appeal for details click here.

Effective March 31, 2014, the electronic filing of litigation documents in Suffolk County Supreme Court through the New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (“NYSCEF”) will become mandatory for all Foreclosure cases and Small Claims Assessment Review Petition (SCARP) filings. On and after that date, such cases must be commenced electronically and initiating documents will not be accepted by the Suffolk County Clerk in hard copy form. These items are in addition to the already existing mandatory e-filing requirements for Commercial Division and Medical Malpractice case types.

Anyone who requires assistance with the NYSCEF System is encouraged to contact the E-filing Resource Center at (646) 386-3033 or access their website at
