Overview

This 12 hour training course will take place on two consecutive Fridays, and will provide a comprehensive, integrated, public health approach to the delivery of early intervention and treatment services for persons with substance use disorders, as well as those at risk for developing those disorders. The training focus's on Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referall to Treatment. This training is offered through SCCC continuing education office, and the fee is $179.00. All participants will receive an OASIS training Certificate of Completion & the training is approved for CASAC renewal hours. and look for linsks to New Student Online registration. Or applications can be picked up from the Selden Campus-Annex Building or the Brentwood Campus Chemical Dependency Counselor Training Dept.-HSEC Rm. 103. Registration must be completed to ASAP, to ensure a seat in the class,.
