Effective October 13, 1992, this Department was directed by Legislative Resolution Number 743-1992 of the Suffolk County Charter to collect fees for the review of site plans. These fees will be collected when an application is submitted to this Department pursuant to Section 239K of the New York State General Municipal Law. The fee schedule is as follows:

In addition, this Department will collect Permit fees in the amount of 5% of the security (value of the work) that this Department requires the applicant to perform on the County right-of-way. The value of the required work will be determined by this Department. Payment of these fees shall be in the form of a check made payable to the Suffolk County Department of Public Works. (If amount is more than $200.00, check must be certified.)
