The Department seeks to obtain information from entities (“Responders”) regarding the use of an Electronic Mobile Document Management Solution (“EMDMS”) at the Department; feasibility issues include software, data conversion, implementation services, ongoing labor and maintenance needs, and the associated costs. Additionally, the Department is seeking estimates of increased efficiencies and programmatic enhancements that it could reasonably expect if it were to implement an EMDMS.
