A Wyandanch man was arraigned today and pleaded not guilty to 5 counts of the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law section 353 for neglect of twenty-four Rottweilers taken from his home.  The neglect charges included failure to provide 5 of these animals with proper sustenance, ie. food and water.  These animals were severely emaciated.
