TPVA Administrative Fee Refund Update

A limited population of visitors to this agency will be entitled to a refund for administrative fees charged to individuals whose tickets were dismissed in accordance with new local legislation. The refunding process, supported by the County Executive, will involve multiple steps which include a Comptroller's audit of refunds owed, development of a system whereby refunds can be administered and the passage of a law to allow the County to effectuate the refunds. As such, please note:

No Refunds Can Be Provided At This Time

Please do not visit the TPVA to request a refund, as a process for providing it is under development.
