One original Certificate by Owner for the County, in addition (3) copies for the (Town, Village and Real Property)
Must have Assessor's approval
Owner must sign and signature must be acknowledged
One original Abstract of Title completed by Abstract/Title Company
Must contain a 20 year Chain of Title
Certification that both half of taxes are paid in full to date
Abstract must be signed and dated by the officer of the company
