It gives the Suffolk County Clerk's Office great pride and pleasure to offer you, for the first time, online access to land records. This site contains information on land records recorded and imaged into the Suffolk County Clerk's Office Imaging System from 1987 to present.
Since 2000, this County Clerk's Office has modernized the department thanks to the internet, document imaging system and the progressive thinking of our County Clerk. By converting millions of paper documents into electronic images, land records are not only decreasing their space needs but are also finding new and better ways to serve the residents of this county. Remote access to this information can provide round-the-clock availability for those who don't have time or the resources to come to the Clerk's Office during business hours.
The County Clerk's Office has linked its existing imaging system with the Internet, giving any customer with a PC access to the information captured on approximately 2.5 million documents. For Vincent Puleo, that's giving efficient access and customer satisfaction to hundreds of people querying documents on a daily basis.
As always, you are invited to visit our office where copies of all land transactions within the county are located from 1660 to the present. Our staff is ready to assist you should you have any difficulties.

Click the "Log into Kiosk" link to login (if you have an account) or to create a new account and make additional purchases. For instructions to Purchase Paid Subscription please go to the home page (Home on the black bar).
Note: If certified copy is available for the document and you want to purchase click the Purchase Certified Copy link to purchase.
In order to use the site, you must accept the Use and Dissemination Agreement to access the website (popup blockers for this website must be enabled). The Home Page will open after accepting the Use and Dissemination Agreement.
Select Search Records on the black bar (top of page), the Search window will open.
Each search category lists the specific search results for that search (to right of the Search button).
You may search by anyone of the following categories: Address, Property Tax Map ID, Last Name/Corporation, Liber and Page, Index Number, UCC Number or Business Name. Click the circle next to your choice to active that search option.
NOTE: If you are searching a condominium, you cannot use the property address to search. You must enter the exact Tax Map Number for the property. If you do not have the Tax Map Number, you may contact the Town Assessor’s Office in which the property is located.
