Comptroller John M. Kennedy, Jr. is stating his opposition to the proposed 4% rate hike by PSE&GLI saying that the rates PSE&GLI has made the county and its ratepayers pay have only gone up since Hurricane Sandy and the handover from LIPA to PSE&G.
