The Suffolk County Department of Parks & Recreation’s Showmobile is a complete performance stage system on wheels. This performance stage trailer is available for outdoor events.

The Showmobile includes:

The performance stage trailer folds out to reveal a 28-ft. wide X 8.5-ft. deep X 13.2 ft. height stage platform.
Two detachable exit stairways.
A Public Address System
30 Chairs
20 Music Stands
**Additional Staging and Generator are available for a daily fee.

Fees Schedule:

  • $540 per day -four hour minimum
  • $135 each additional hour
  • $135 per day for generator
  • $250 per day additional staging

Insurance Requirements:

A certificate of insurance naming COUNTY OF SUFFOLK as an additional insured, which must be filed prior to event as follows:

  • Comprehensive General Liability and
  • Per Occurrence in the amount of $2,000,000 including liability, bodily injury and property damage.

Showmobile Application

Applications should be filled out and returned at least four (4) weeks prior to event. Applications are accepted on the first business day in January of each year. Applications submitted with fee are given priority. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders or Organization Checks made payable to Suffolk County Dept. of Parks.
