Refunds may only be processed for camping and marina reservations, when cancelled, less applicable fees. All other items, including cancellation and reservation fees, are non-refundable. Refunds processed up to 180 days from the original transaction date or 30 days after the event date, may be refunded back to the credit card used to make the purchase. After 180 days, eligible refunds will be processed as a credit on the Green Key card holder's household account. Refunds processed are dependent upon the cancellation policy of the item(s) purchased.
