Playgrounds of all sizes and shapes can be found scattered throughout the Suffolk County Parks. Playgrounds allow children to play an explore the outdoors, supported by a wide range of structures and spaces.  Play is incredibly important to the development of children’s social and physical development, as well as creativity and imagination.
