hearing to discuss proposed amendments to Suffolk County
Sanitary Code Article 6, "Realty
Subdivisions, Developments and other Construction Projects."

received by mail on or before November 14, 2017, or in person at the public
hearing on the morning of November 15, 2017.
The hearing will be followed immediately by the
Board of Health meeting.
The Board of Health, at the request of the Commissioner
of Health Services, considers matters relating to the preservation and
improvement of public health.
