The Pesticide Advisory Committee was established through Local Law 34-1999, which was enacted for the purpose of phasing out the use of pesticides by the County for many pest control purposes.
Items on the Agenda include a discussion regarding the County’s departmental changes resulting from IR No. 1173 and how they pertain to the Pesticide CAC and the exceptions requested for Vegetation Control and Ticks.
