Board of Review Hearings
The Suffolk County Department of Health Services’ Division of Environmental Quality will hold its regular monthly Board of Review hearing on:

The Board of Review hears requests for variances and waivers to the county’s requirements for water and sewage disposal for new construction, and for storage of toxic or hazardous materials, as stated in the Suffolk County Sanitary Code. A listing of each month’s scheduled hearings may be obtained in the days prior to the hearing by contacting the Department of Health Services’ Division of Environmental Quality at 852-5800.
Future hearings will be held on the third Thursday of each month, with the exception of December, at which time the hearings will take place on the second Thursday of the month. The dates for the future hearings this year are as follows:

September 20, 2012
October 18, 2012
November 15, 2012
December 13, 2012
