Marinas & Boating Rules and Regulations
- Boats docked at a County Marina must have a current reservation for utilized slip.
- A two-night minimum reservation is required for boat slip rentals unless established otherwise.
- Maximum duration of stay will be two consecutive weeks for boat slip rentals.
- Once a boat leaves the marina, it may not return for three nights from the date checked-out.
- Only one slip may be reserved in the same period per Green Key holder.
- A daily fee will be charged regardless of the length of stay.
- Members of the same household may not make consecutive reservations resulting in more than a 14-night stay.
- Check in Time is 11:00 am.
- Check out time is 10:00 am.
- Once checked-in, boaters may not change slips.
- Late check outs may incur a Cancellation/Modification fee, green key suspension and cancellation of all future reservations.
- Only minor boat repairs are permitted at the marina.
- Walkways shall be kept clear at all times.
- Storage of items must be confined to the boat and will not be permitted on the docks.
- Dinghies and rowboats, owned by boaters must be attached to bow of boat.
Cancellation Policy for Camping and Marina Reservations
- There is no cancellation fee for reservations cancelled within 48 hours from when the reservation was made.
- Reservations cancelled after 48 hours from being made and before seven days prior to check in are subject to a modification/cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled within seven days of check-in date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation fees are deducted from the original payment amount. Any remaining balance owed will be refunded onto the credit card used for original purchase.
- Reservation fee is non-refundable, even upon cancellation.
- If the cancellation fee exceeds what you paid for the original reservation, the balance will be added to household account of Green Key Holder who made the reservation.
