Pfizer/Moderna Vaccine available for all ages 6 months and above. Mask must be worn. Shots for Tots Vaccine program-VFC eligible patients only. Must bring hard copy of child's immunization record. Child must be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Gaurdian with documentation.
