Childhood Vaccinations

Suffolk County offers childhood vaccinations to children up to age 19 who are uninsured or underinsured as outlined in New York State's Vaccines for Children program.

• Parents must bring hard copy of child's immunization record. Child must be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Guardian with documentation of guardianship.
• Masks must be worn.

CDC recommends the 2023–2024 updated COVID-19 vaccines.

The US Government is no longer purchasing COVID-19 vaccines for administration through the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program and updated 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccines having now become available for private purchase in the commercial marketplace, the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program will discontinue.

Pfizer/Moderna Covid Vaccine available for all ages 6 months and above

Must bring hard copy of child's immunization record. Child must be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Gaurdian with Photo ID/ documentation.

Shots for Tots Vaccine program

• Everyone aged 5 years and older should get 1 dose of the updated Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to protect against serious illness from COVID-19.
• People who are moderately or severely immunocompromised may get additional doses of updated COVID-19 vaccine.
• Children aged 6 months–4 years need multiple doses of COVID-19 vaccines to be up to date, including at least 1 dose of updated COVID-19 vaccine.
• COVID-19 vaccine recommendations will be updated as needed.

Mpox vaccines

Mpox vaccines are offered at this clinic to all Suffolk County residents who are at risk for contracting mpox.
