NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE RECREATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF SUFFOLK COUNTY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Recreation and Economic Development Corporation of Suffolk County will be held at the offices of the Suffolk County Executive, located at the H. Lee Dennison Building, 100 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York, 11788, on the 7th day of June, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of authorizing the execution of contracts; amending the By-laws; amending the Certificate of Incorporation; and authorizing officers of the Corporation to perform acts for the purpose of carrying out the contemplated transactions and transacting any other business as may come before the Board of Directors at such meeting.
