The Pesticide Advisory Committee was established through Local Law 34-1999, which was enacted for the purpose of phasing out the use of pesticides by the County for many pest control purposes.
Items on the Agenda include exemption requests for golf courses and green houses, as well as a request from the Suffolk County Police Department for the control of ticks at the EVOC and Firearms Training Facility in West Hampton.
Due to new security procedures at the Dennison Building, please notify me in advance if you will be attending this meeting so security can have a list of attendees in advance.
