Signature Aviation FBO

This project will enhance airport services for the flying community and is focused on meeting the high demand for ramp space that occurs especially in the summer months. A second FBO will also provide a competitive business atmosphere to avoid a monopoly.

The 13-acre development project includes the construction of a 5,600 sqft terminal office building, two 31,250 sqft aircraft hangars and adjoining offices, and 278,000 sqft of new apron space for aircraft parking, as well as a new fuel farm.

Signature Aviation plans to have temporary/partial operations running for summer 2025. Full completion is estimated for summer 2026.
