YOU can make a DIFFERENCE. TAKE 10 is a 10 minute training session that teaches compression only CPR. We know that high quality, uninterrupted chest compressions initiated as soon as possible after an adult has cardiac arrest (their heart stops pumping) make a difference in survival. TAKE 10 is a community-focused effort to improve bystander CPR rates and thus improve survival. Learning chest compression only CPR for adults is simple. Every one of us can help make a difference.
We are looking for volunteers in the community to help deliver TAKE 10 training and to motivate people to act in an emergency. These actions will give every victim of cardiac arrest the best chance of survival. The TAKE 10 training is offered free by one of our community volunteers. We loan the teaching materials at no cost to our TAKE 10 community volunteers.
If you or your Organization is interested in taking this program to others in your workplace, neighborhood, worship place, or any other part of the community, please contact us. If you are simply interested in learning CPR, we can help you as well.
