Lunch and Learn

The Cancer Awareness Task Force has been holding Lunch and Learn programs for County employees since 2009. These Lunch and Learns have been very well received and offer an opportunity to provide health education and outreach to employees. Close to 1,000 employees have attended the Suffolk County Cancer Awareness Task Force Lunch and Learn programs since 2009. The Cancer Awareness Task Force would like to offer our Lunch and Learn program as a template or model for other municipalities and businesses to use for education and outreach with their employees.
