If you are proposing to split an existing tax lot or lots into two (2) or more identifiable tax lots, proposing to create lease parcels, or simply want to modifying lot lines between existing tax parcels, you may need Department of Health Services Office of Wastewater Management approval to confirm the proposed or modified lots will meet the requirements of Suffolk County's Sanitary Code with respect to sewage disposal system and water supply requirements.
