Site Plan and Subdivision Reviews

A written report is prepared after an On-Site Inspection and review of documentation supplied to our Department such as; an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, to consider the Best Management Practices to control existing and potential Erosion and Sedimentation, Flooding and Drainage issues. The New York Standards and Specifications for Erosion and Sediment Control manual (also known as the NYSDEC Blue Book) and the New York State Stormwater Management Design Manual are the accepted Manuals for this review process.

Shoreline and Bluff Erosion Control

An On-Site Inspection is offered to review the existing and potential erosion and sediment control and drainage and flooding issues regarding the Landowner’s parcel and a report is written in the form of an Inventory and Evaluation.
