At this clinic, we offer COVID-19 vaccines and boosters to Suffolk County residents of all ages who are eligible to receive them.

Walk-ins are welcome.
Recommended childhood vaccinations are also offered at the clinic for children who are uninsured.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. All children must obtain permission from a parent or guardian.
