Brentwood
Health Center Remains Closed for Repairs
The
Suffolk County Brentwood Family Health Center, located at 1869 Brentwood Road,
Brentwood, will be closed on Monday, August 18, due to damage caused by
flooding from Wednesday’s heavy rains. The closure affects all services,
including adult, pediatric, WIC and family planning services and dental and
mental health clinics.
Patients
who have appointments at the Brentwood Health Center and need to reschedule may
call 631-439-1551.
Patients
who have mental health appointments and need to reschedule should call
631-853-7300.
Patients
who have appointments on Tuesday, August 19, are advised to call the
appropriate number in advance to find out if their appointments need to be
rescheduled.
