The online application portal for the Septic Improvement Program (SIP) has been migrated to the Suffolk County Citizens Portal (Accela).

Please go to the website, register for an account if you have not already done so, and click on the "Environmental Quality" tab and then click on "Create an Application". You will need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the online portal before beginning your application. To access the Septic Improvement Program Grant Application, click on "Office of Ecology", then select "SIP Application", and then click the "Continue Application" button.
