Pursuant to Revised Administrative Guidance. Section 5, Paragraph B.i.: The De-partment of Economic Development and Planning shall issue a report which sum-marizes the status of the Suffolk County Shellfish Aquaculture Lease Program and shall be made available to the Public.

All current leases in the Aquaculture Lease Program (ALP) report shellfish being cultivated and landed through the Leaseholder Annual Report Form. Leases vary in size, starting at 10-acre plots for standard ALP leases, and including plots Private Oyster Grant Overlays (of varying sizes).

As such, the reports hyperlinked below will be updated periodically to reflect the most up-to-date reports and graphics generated from the data collected from ALP leaseholders, and from NYSDEC Landings Reports. Lease Program - Inventory of Current Leases: This report identifies all leases cur-rently in the Aquaculture Lease Program.

Lease Program - ALB Determinations: This report contains all determinations made by the Aquaculture Lease Board during each application cycle; beginning in 2010.
