Suffolk County Shellfish Aquaculture Lease Program in Peconic Bay and Gardiners Bay Meeting Notice announcing Aquaculture Lease Board Meeting schedule. This Notice that describes and sets the date for the Suffolk County Aquaculture Lease Board (ALB) meetings, which will be devoted to the review and formal decision on the two 10-acre lease sites that were applied for by a Cycle #3 Leaseholder for a lease site relocation.

Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning has received a Lease Site Relocation Application from a Cycle #3 Leaseholder, which requests the relocation from the current lease site location to a new/available lease site location. If the Leaseholder is successful in obtaining the required approval from the County, as well as, regulatory approval from the respective regulatory agencies; it will vacate its existing lease site and relocate to the newly approved site.

Suffolk County Shellfish Aquaculture Lease Program in Peconic Bay and Gardiners Bay Public Notice: Proposed Lease Site Relocation - Issue Date: February 4, 2021 - Expiration Date: April 5, 2021. This Public Notice identifies the Leaseholder who applied to relocate from its current lease site location to a one of the proposed lease sites.
