The Suffolk County Department of Health Services’ Division of Environmental Quality will hold its regular monthly Board of Review hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room at 360 Yaphank Ave., Suite 2C, Yaphank, NY 11980.
The mission of the Early Intervention Program is to enable the county’s infants and toddlers under the age of three, who are disabled, developmentally delayed or at risk for disability and their families to access an appropriate array of services and supports to maximize their potential within the family and community.
